The Work Involved

 

The following is a selection of work involved with full service property management services.

  • Preparation of annual operating budgets.
  • Production of monthly or quarterly financial reports (that mean something).
  • Tenant delinquency reports with recommendations for moving forward.
  • General capital and property updates.
  • Annual plans for tenant relations events and customer service rewards to the team.
  • Marketing strategies that explore new revenue streams and utilize your buildings for different uses (i.e. events, publicity, awards, etc.)
  • Leasing and forecasting.
  • Tracking and monitoring of all maintenance and operational functions of your property.
  • Ensure preventative repair or replacement of mechanical systems and building components in a timely/strategic manner.
