We advise our clients on lease rates, renewal options, improvement allowances, expansion space availability, floor plans, cancellation options, strength of property ownership and property management, and parking & transportation availability.

We work as AN EXTENSION OF OUR CLIENT’S REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT which enables us to provide services that are TAILOR-MADE FOR EACH CLIENT.
